Minster Oktoberfest 2024 & 2025


In October 2024, my sister Clare Caywood and I had the honor of running the @minsteroktoberfest social media pages for the 50th year anniversary. We worked together to create graphics, reels, in-feed posts, live story updates, and more!


In 2025, they asked if we wanted to manage the social media account again. Both years, the community engagement—online and in person—was amazing, as reflected in the analytics. This festival is near and dear to our family and it was a great experience personally and professionally.

Clare and I met with the Oktoberfest committee about a month before the event, and got right to work. We figured out a content strategy that aligned with content from Midnet Media as well as the videographer and photographer who did some freelance work leading up to the festival.


We were present all three days of the festival, from open to close! We were able to enjoy the company of the community and really immerse ourselves in this amazing event for the past couple of years.

I also created a graphic for the beer list that would be available at the fest. This post has performed well the past couple of years.
